What is the exact location of the venue?
The Kingbridge Centre is located at: 12750 Jane St, King City, ON L7B 1A3. Click here for the Google Map link for directions.

Are there any organized shuttles?
There are no organized shuttles to/from the Kingbridge Centre. Each attendee is responsible for his/her transportation via Uber/Lyft/Taxi, which can later be expensed.

What are the accommodation arrangements?
Reservations have been made for you at Kingbridge from August 22-25, 2022. Hotel check-in is at 4:00pm on August 22nd and check-out will be on August 25th. If you need additional accommodations prior to or after CORA University, please make your own reservations at the hotel of your choice. If there are any issues with your CORA University hotel reservation, please contact Kim via her contact details at the bottom of the page.

What is the dress code?
Typically these events are business casual. Remember, you'll be meeting a lot of new faces for the first time post-pandemic!

Do I need to bring anything to the event?
This event is meant to be fun! Please bring along some sneakers and activewear.

What food will be served at the event?
Buffet-style breakfast, lunches, and dinners will be served. What type of food exactly? You'll just have to wait and see!

How do I let you know about my special dietary requirements?

There was an option on the Sched registration form for any dietary requirements. Please email Kim below and let us know if you missed this option during registration.
